Born in Tel Aviv, Etgar Keret is one of Israel’s most acclaimed authors. His books have been published in 22 languages, and over 40 short films have been based on his stories. Shira Geffen is an acclaimed writer of children’s books and stageplays, which have been performed in Israel and abroad. Jellyfish is their first feature film as directors.
A master’s graduate of San Francisco State University, Daniel Robin launched the Web site neighborhoodfilms.com in 2000. He has taught classes at San Francisco State and California State University, Monterey Bay. my olympic summer won the Grand Jury Prize for Short Films at Sundance this year.
