It’s been an exciting week here at the Film Society: we hosted Q&As with Charles Burnett (whose underseen masterpiece To Sleep with Anger screened in a new restoration) and Author: The JT LeRoy Story director Jeff Feuerzeig, and also celebrated the New York premiere of American Honey, directed by Andrea Arnold, our first Filmmaker in Residence. Our Filmmaker in Residence program is co-created and sponsored by Jaeger-LeCoultre.
