UPDATED: Due to severe weather, and to ensure staff and customer safety, we have decided to cancel all screenings of new releases in the Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center on Sunday, January 24. There will be no screenings of In the Shadow of Women, The Treasure, Peggy Guggenheim: Art Addict, or The Assassin today. All screenings of New York Jewish Film Festival films in the Walter Reade Theater, as well as the free Master Class with Alan Berliner in the Amphitheater, will proceed as planned.

If you purchased your ticket with a credit card, a refund will be automatically processed within 5 – 10 days. If you purchased in cash at the box office, you will need to return to the box office with the ticket in hand or a copy of your receipt in order for us to process your refund.

If you have any problems or questions, please email [email protected] or call the box office at (212) 875-5232. The box office opens 30 minutes before the first screening of the day and closes 15 minutes after the start of the last screening of the day.

We do not yet know if we will be able to reschedule the films that were supposed to screen on Saturday, January 23 in the New York Jewish Film Festival. If you purchased a ticket to one of those screenings online and we are able to reschedule it, we will send you an email with more information.

Stay safe and warm!
