Following its screenings at the 54th New York Film Festival, Jim Jarmusch’s new documentary Gimme Danger, which chronicles the story of legendary punk band The Stooges as told by Iggy Pop and other bandmates, opened last Friday here at the Film Society of Lincoln Center. On its opening night, Jarmusch and Iggy Pop joined Film Comment‘s Violet Lucca to discuss the movie in front of a packed house.
