The roles of undercover agents Sonny Crockett and Ricardo Tubbs that Michael Mann helped create in the ‘80s TV drama Miami Vice are now inhabited by Colin Farrell and Jamie Foxx in an updated feature thriller. A high-level leak has led to the murder of undercover federal agents. Pulled into the case, the two detectives’ investigation takes them to the doorstep of a sophisticated global network of traffickers protected by world-class security. The intensity of the case pushes Crockett and Tubbs out onto the edge where identity and fabrication become blurred, where cop and player become one…
