William Wolf's Movie Preview Class
Spring 2020 – See Movies the Way the Critics Do
Be among the first to preview Spring’s new movies selected by critic and
author William Wolf. Each screening is followed immediately by a critical
discussion led by Professor Wolf. Participants have the opportunity to critique
films before reviews appear, allowing original insights and independent,
spirited analysis. On occasion Professor Wolf may have a guest.
The class will meet in the Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center (144 West 65th
Street, between Broadway and Amsterdam) at 10:00 AM on the following
Saturdays: March 21, April 4, April 18, April 25, May 2 and May 16.
Please note: These classes are not part of the Film Society of Lincoln
Center’s programming. Tickets to this series must be purchased online using
the link below. No tickets will be issued by the theater’s box office. You will
receive a confirmation directly from William Wolf, which will serve as your
official registration. You do not need to come to the theater until the first class
on Saturday, March 21.
