Free screening!

Saturday, October 28 at 1:00 p.m. at the Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center Amphitheater.

Blending spectacular visuals with a clever story and quirky cast of characters, this animated haunted house chiller is a treat for kids and adults alike. Plucky 12-year-old DJ Waters (Mitchel Musso) lives across the street from Horace Nebbercracker (Steve Buscemi), an old crank whose dilapidated house may have a mind of its own, appearing to swallow up anything that lands (or walks) in its vicinity. After his parents leave town around Halloween, DJ enlists his friends’ help to uncover the secret behind the evil presence. Featuring the voice talents of Kathleen Turner, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Jason Lee, Kevin James, Nick Cannon, Catherine O’Hara, and Fred Willard.

This event is a Scary Movies presentation screening as part of Lincoln Center’s Trick-or-Treat Halloween celebration, featuring a fun-filled day of costumes, candy, activities and more.
