You heard right—on May 2^nd, 2011, the likes of Quentin Tarantino, Bill Cosby, Morgan Freeman, Sir Ben Kingsley, and Mary Louise Parker will take the stage at Alice Tully Hall to pay tribute to the legendary Sidney Poitier.

The evening will feature film and television clips commemorating his groundbreaking career as an actor, director, humanitarian, diplomat, and philanthropist, and culminate in the presentation of the 38^thAnnual Chaplin Award to Mr. Poitier.
