We are happy to announce the next Patron Screening has been locked for March 15, 2011. Please join us for a preview screening of Sherry Hormann’s powerful DESERT FLOWER. We’ll be hosting two screenings of the film, one at 6PM and another at 9PM. A reception in the Furman Gallery will follow each screening. In other news, the Patron Priority ticketing period for New Directors/New Films is fast approaching. Running from March 2 to March 12, this is your exclusive chance to order tickets for this year’s amazing line up before they go on sale to the general public.
Speaking of ND/NF, we’re very proud of the freshly launched website for the event which you can view at www.newdirectors.org. The site is the best place to view the line up, the schedule, and get a glimpse of the forty years of history encapsulated in this one of a kind program. While there take a few minutes to check out the ND/NF blog written by Alison Willmore that delves into the unique history of the program as well as offering commentary on the line up for this seminal cinematic event.
