The New York Film Festival and iTunes are excited to announce the opening of the NYFF Room on iTunes!

The room features a selection of movies screened at NYFF throughout the years that are available on iTunes to purchase and rent. Titles include: Errol Morris’ Gates of Heaven (NYFF ’78), Akira Kurosawa’s Ran (NYFF ’85), David Lynch’s Mulholland Drive (NYFF ’01), Jacques Rivette’s Va Savoir (NYFF ’01) and Jean-Luc Godard’s Alphaville (NYFF ’65).

Many films are available in HD, including: Martin Scorsese’s Hugo (NYFF ’11), Hugh Hudson’s Chariots of Fire (NYFF ’81), Ira Sachs’ Married Life (NYFF ’07), Roman Polanski‘s Knife in the Water, which premiered at the first New York Film Festival in 1963, and Joel and Ethan Coen’s Miller’s Crossing (NYFF ’90).
