Last week, filmgoers enjoyed A Night of Film and Food, excited to eat, drink, and be merry. They also got a chance to view SOMM: Into the Bottle, a documentary about the mystique surrounding aged and rare bottles of wine. The event was a co-presentation of the Film Society of Lincoln Center’s New Wave (film lovers under 40) and the James Beard Foundation’s Greens (foodies under 40).

Nicholas Kemp of the Film Society sat down for a Q&A with sommeliers Thomas Pastuszak (The NoMad) and Dustin Wilson (Vallin Wine), who shed some light on the industry. Afterward, the reception was catered by notable chefs from around the city.
