The last few weeks at the Film Society of Lincoln Center have been packed with special events and screenings, festivals, and more! On July 17, Boots Riley, director of the mind-altering new film Sorry to Bother You, and special guest Questlove had an in-depth conversation at a Film Comment Free Talk (listen here!). This year’s editions of New York Asian Film Festival, Human Rights Watch Film Festival, and Open Roads: New Italian Cinema featured sold-out crowds, plus in-person appearances from Ryuichi Sakamoto, and more.
