The Walter Reade played host to a special Film Society patrons' screening of the Sundance Film Fest hit doc BUCK and director Cindy Meehl. New York Magazine's David Edelstein served as guest moderator for a post-screening Q&A to the delight of a very enthusiastic audience that included one of doc subject Buck Brannaman's daughters. Afterward, the Roy Furman Gallery played host to a reception with people mingling and enjoying the display of classic Elizabeth Taylor images and stills provided by The Kobal Collection and Big Eye Gallery to celebrate the Elizabeth Taylor film retrospective over the weekend.
