Director J.C. Chandor came to the Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center on Friday to sit down with Film Society’s Eugene Hernandez and discuss his critically-acclaimed new Wall Street drama Margin Call, which opened the same day. The film chronicles 24 hours at a Lehman Brothers-like investment bank just before the unfolding of the financial crisis of September 2008. The film has a history with Film Society, which showed it as part of its New Directors / New FIlms festival earlier this year.
