Now through Sunday at the 56th New York Film Festival, the Projections section presents an international selection of film and video work that expands upon our notions of what the moving image can do and be. Programmers Dennis Lim (FSLC Director of Programming) and Aily Nash (independent curator) discuss this year’s lineup and highlights in this video. We also spoke with directors Daniel Schmidt and Gabriel Abrantes, whose dazzling Diamantino opened Projections last night.
