Today we’re sharing a selection of Q&As, recently published on our YouTube channel. These include engaging conversations from our festivals and series, most recently at the New York Asian Film Festival, where Bad Genius had its international premiere in the opening night slot; writer-director Nattawut Poonpiriya and cast discussed the making of their high school-set thriller, based on a true story. We’ve also posted a Q&A from New Directors/New Films Festival, in which director William Oldroyd discusses Lady Macbeth—opening in limited release this Friday—and explains how he determined to deploy the musical score. There’s more, including Elsa Dorfman of The B-Side: Elsa Dorfman’s Portrait Photography taking a picture of her friend, director Errol Morris, after they discuss the film at the 54th New York Film Festival. The B-Side is now playing at FSLC.
