Q&A with director Tomer Heymann and film subjects Deborah, Ehud, and Oren Levy (Oren will participate virtually)

Acclaimed documentary filmmaker Tomer Heymann’s latest film is a deeply emotional work that follows the story of Oren Levy, a boarding school student who wants to be loved but recoils from all attempts at human contact. Oren denies all of the labels and definitions that others try to put on him. He decides to carry a small video camera and document his life. The film follows Oren through several milestones, including his adoption from Guatemala, his complicated relationships with his parents and sister, his false diagnosis of Asperger’s Syndrome, and his trip to his birth country, hoping to meet the people who brought him into this world.
