NYFF59 Ticket Information

Tickets for 59th New York Film Festival screenings and rentals will go on sale to the general public on September 7 at noon ET, with early access opportunities for FLC members and pass holders prior to this date.

Your purchase of New York Film Festival tickets and passes supports Film at Lincoln Center in its nonprofit mission to support the art and craft of cinema. NYFF59 will feature a combination of in-person, outdoor, and virtual screenings, with a comprehensive series of health and safety policies in place under the guidance of government and health officials. 

How To Buy Tickets

1) Festival Passes

Now on sale with Early Bird pricing! Learn more below. Passes give you access to one of the earliest pre-sale periods, plus single ticket fees are waived. Maximum of two passes per person. Please note: NYFF Festival Pass tickets are for in-person screenings only and for use in 65th Street venues only (Alice Tully Hall, Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center, and Walter Reade Theater.)

2) Become a Member

Film at Lincoln Center Members at the Contributor level and above receive early access to NYFF tickets and additional benefits year-around. The ideal pass for the film lover who wants to experience all of NYFF, including access to the festival’s most exciting evenings: Opening Night, Centerpiece, and ­Closing Night. All tickets are for 65th Street venues only.

You will receive an email in early August detailing your online fulfillment instructions and additional information. If you wish to purchase additional tickets outside of your pass allotment during the pre-sale, single tickets will be available at various dates depending on your membership level.

Festival Passes do not provide a ticket to the Invitation-only screening of Opening Night, Centerpiece, or Closing Night. Your seat will be selected from one of the other screenings on each of these evenings. Best efforts will be made to accommodate requests. 

*Excludes Opening Night, Centerpiece, Closing Night, and non-65th street venues. (65th street venues include Alice Tully Hall, Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center, and Walter Reade Theater.)

CONCIERGE SUPPORT

As a VIP Pass holder, you receive the earliest access to tickets during an exclusive purchasing period. The Patron Desk will be available to personally assist you with your festival order(s) via phone or email. The pre-sale period for VIP Pass holders begins Monday, August 23 at 12pm. 

FESTIVAL LINEUP AND SCHEDULE

You will be among the very first to see the lineup of films when it is announced in early August. We will email you all of the information needed to fully take advantage of everything included as part of your VIP benefits.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

When you submit your request during the Early Access Period, we will make arrangements to deliver or hold for pick-up the NYFF59 commemorative items, passes, and credentials included in your selected pass type. Your purchase of a VIP Pass also includes one year as a Film at Lincoln Center Patron at the Supporter Level, with year-round benefits such as event invitations, sneak previews, and more. *There is a maximum of 8 tickets per screening for Bronze Pass holders and a maximum of 10 tickets per screening for Silver and Gold Pass holders. Excludes Opening Night, Centerpiece, Closing Night, and Special Events. Limit of 2 VIP passes per household.
