In honor of the film’s 40th Anniversary the Film Society of Lincoln Center will have a one week exclusive engagement beginning Friday, November 23 at the Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center. A Rialto Pictures release.

Six friends – three men and three women decidedly of the French Upper Middle Class – have their dinner plans continually interrupted due to a series of bizarre events that can only be described as Buñuelian. Winner of the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film of 1972, DISCREET CHARM was hailed by critics and continues to delight and challenge audiences to this day.
