Please note that FLC hosts two ticketing platforms, detailed below:

Please make sure that you are logging in to the correct system. If you have forgotten your password, please use the Forgot Password button on the login page.
A digital gift certificate of equal value was sent to the email address associated with your order in spring 2020 and may be redeemed online for any upcoming screenings, subject to availability, or be applied toward a new or renewing FLC membership. If you did not receive your gift certificate or have misplaced the email, please contact ticketing@filmlinc.org.
    How to use your digital gift certificate:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Add the desired screenings to your cart and select Check Out.
  3. Once you are in the Payment window, scroll down to Apply Gift Certificate and enter your Gift Certificate number exactly as it appears. Then select Apply Gift Certificate, which will subtract the gift certificate value from the current cart total. Finally, select Submit.
  4. If there is a balance left, you will be prompted to enter additional payment information. Once you apply that payment, your order is complete.

Concessions sales have resumed in both theaters. Masks will continue to be required for guests when not eating or drinking.
Screenings will begin at the listed showtime and there will be no late seating. Guests arriving more than 20 minutes prior to their screening start time may be asked to wait outside in a socially distanced line. Follow the directional signs and floor decals posted throughout our venues or speak to a member of the customer service staff for guidance.
First, please check your Spam, Promotions and Trash folders; you should have received a separate email with your digital ticket. If you cannot find it, please contact ticketing@filmlinc.org.
If there are only tickets for paired seats available to purchase, we will convert half of those pairs to single seats 48 hours prior to screenings. Please check the film pages for updated seating at that time and contact ticketing@filmlinc.org. with any additional questions.

No. You will be required to create a new account. We recommend using the email address associated with your FLC Account (if you have one) to access our Virtual Cinema. Click Create Account and follow the on-screen prompts.
In the top-right corner of the Virtual Cinema, click FLC Virtual Cinema Login or Create Account and follow the on-screen prompts.

FLC Member FAQs

Our ticketing system will automatically recognize your membership status once you log in here using the email and password associated with your account. If your membership is up to date, the discounted member ticket type will automatically appear in the ticket menu.
The member promo code for FLC Virtual Cinema rentals changes monthly and can be found in the password-protected Member Corner. New passwords are emailed in member newsletters, and should be kept confidential. Once you select your film, you will enter your credit card number and member promo code in the pop-up window. Please contact members@filmlinc.org if you need help.
Not at this time, but we hope to be able to reinstate this benefit soon. Concessions will not be available at FLC venues to ensure masks remain on at all times, and new releases are not eligible for complimentary ticketing with a punch card. Please check the Membership Levels & Benefits section of our website for the latest list of currently available benefits for your level.

FLC box offices are open 30 minutes before the first screening of the day at that venue and will close 15 minutes after the start of the final screening.
