Film at Lincoln Center’s Walter Reade Theater and Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center are now reopen with reduced capacity.
The FLC Virtual Cinema will remain open, allowing movie lovers across the country to continue to enjoy the organization’s unparalleled programming from the comfort of their homes.
The well-being of our audience and staff remains our top priority, which is why we have developed a comprehensive series of health and safety policies in coordination with state, city, and medical experts, including staff training, reduced capacity, strict social distancing measures in auditoriums and all public spacing, enhanced cleaning and disinfecting measures, hand-sanitizing stations, reserved seating, contactless arrival, and mandatory masks at all times. Policies will be strictly enforced for the protection of our staff and guests. Management reserves the right to deny admission or dismiss any customer for noncompliance with FLC policies. View our complete guide here.

For the time being, concessions will be closed and no outside food or beverages are permitted to ensure that masks remain on at all times.
All auditoriums will enforce the assigned seat that is stated on your digital ticket to ensure social distancing. Please sit only in your designated seat location and remain seated for the duration of the screening if possible. Pairs of seats are available for purchase in all of our venues, reserved exclusively for parties of two.
Screenings will begin at the listed showtime and there will be no late seating. Guests arriving more than 20 minutes prior to their screening start time may be asked to wait outside in a socially distanced line. Follow the directional signs and floor decals posted throughout our venues or speak to a member of the customer service staff for guidance.
At this time, reserved seating is required by New York State. We are excited for the convenience and safety this new feature provides to our audience, and we will continue to share updates as they become available.
If there are only tickets for paired seats available to purchase, we will convert half of those pairs to single seats 48 hours prior to screenings. Please check the film pages for updated seating at that time and contact firstname.lastname@example.org. with any additional questions.
