Film at Lincoln Center announces Ava DuVernay’s 14th as the Closing Night selection of the 64th New York Film Festival, making its world premiere at Alice Tully Hall on Friday, October 9, with DuVernay and film participants in attendance.

FLC announces James Gray’s Paper Tiger as the Opening Night selection of the 64th New York Film Festival, presented in partnership with Rolex. The film will make its North American premiere in a gala debut at Alice Tully Hall on Friday, September 25, with Gray and members of the cast and crew in attendance.

Applications are now open through June 18 for the 2026 Film at Lincoln Center Academy Programs.  

Film at Lincoln Center announces a call for short film submissions beginning today for the 64th New York Film Festival (NYFF64), taking place from September 25 to October 12.
