An Evening for Film in Education
Please join the Film Society of Lincoln Center for A Night for Film in Education, a fundraising event for our arts education programs, with all proceeds benefiting our work with students in schools and at our theaters. The evening is generously sponsored by the Gary Winick Foundation, which honors the legacy of late New York filmmaker Gary Winick by supporting the next generation of filmmakers. Guests include Steve Buscemi, Oliver Platt, Susan Kelechi Watson (NBC’s This Is Us), and filmmaker Rebecca Miller (Maggie’s Plan), who will introduce the students and the world premieres of their short films. Followed by a reception.
Tickets are fully tax-deductible, and all proceeds from the event will support the Film Society’s Film in Education program, which includes efforts both in local schools and in our theaters.
Food & Refreshments provided by Le Pain Quotidien
If you are unable to attend but would like to make a fully tax-deductible donation towards the Film Society’s education programs, please email or call John Oursler, Senior Major Gifts Officer, at [email protected], 212-671-4560.
