Sound + Vision Live: E.S.P. TV
Sound + Vision Live explores the connections between music and film through a series of intimate concerts featuring live music and original video work.
E.S.P. TV is a live-broadcast television studio, a public-access regiment for the future, a video-synthesis arcade, an exceedingly impressive curatorial project, a thorough performance-art project, a collaborative effort on a grand scale, a top-notch entertainment provider, a proud testament to the works of Nam June Paik and Wayne’s World, and blue-chip owners of an extremely sleek mobile video van.
The Film Society is thrilled to welcome E.S.P. TV to Sound + Vision Live, where they will coordinate an entire evening of new music and video collaborations. In their words: “We place the control room of the TV studio on center stage, making the means of production into a vehicle for performance.”
E.S.P. TV is directed by Scott Kiernan and Victoria Keddie.
Their website—which we strongly recommend visiting—is www.esptv.com.
