This “alternative” history of Argentina (scripted by Osvaldo Bayer) tries to show how the extermination of indigenous populations and unequal land distribution to benefit a small elite in the 19th century is connected to the violent dictatorship of the 70's, the economic policies of the 90's that led to the crisis of 2001, and to the country's current political, social and economic situation. Includes archival footage never screened before and interviews with historians Felipe Pigna and Norberto Galasso, biologist Alberto Kornblitt and the kolla communities of San Isidro e Iruya, wichi and chorote of Misión La Paz, tupí guaraní of Capiazuty, and mapuche of Cushamen, amongst others.
