The film that introduced the world to Arnold Schwarzenegger, this colorful look at competitive bodybuilding follows the leading contenders as they prepare to flex at the 1975 Mr. Olympia contest. In one corner is Schwarzenegger’s defending champion, a supremely confident, California-bronzed god; in the other is Lou Ferrigno, the scrappy Brooklyn up-and-comer whose trainer-stage dad is straight out of central casting. Don’t miss classic footage of him chilling out with a joint!
