Hotshot lawyer Lei You Hui, who lost a pivotal case defending local merchant’s rights 10 years earlier, agrees to take the case, seeking redemption for the previous defeat. Lei’s investigation unearths a conspiracy that may not only expose the truth behind the crime but also unravel a web of corruption. Alex Fong shines as the eponymous attorney in this gripping thriller woven around class struggle and moral bankruptcy.
