North American Premiere! Director Blas Eloy Martinez in person!
Eloy is a young civil servant whose job is to deliver documents notifying people on the state of their lawsuits. He is obsessive about every detail of his work, but seems oblivious of the absurd situations in which legal bureaucracy immerses him. His own story unravels with dry, Kafkaesque humor as each delivery opens into the outrageous worlds of the different urban dwellers he visits, offering a way out of his personal crisis.
