When informant Hubert Antoine (Roschdy Zem) makes his initial outreach to Libération journalist Stéphane Vilner (Pio Marmaï), he produces documentation that reveals narcotics chief Jacques Billard (Vincent Lindon, also in this year’s Opening Night selection Fire) to be a high-level trafficker.
