Members of the film industry are now invited to apply for Industry accreditation at the 64th New York Film Festival, running September 25 – October 12, 2026. Industry badge holders can see almost every film in the lineup before their public premiere at exclusive Press and Industry (P&I) screenings! Based on your feedback, we’ve also added more opportunities to connect with fellow industry members, including a kickoff event before the first P&I screening (scheduled for September 15) in an Industry-exclusive house so you won’t have to wait in a long press line, the NYFF Industry Mixer during the festival, an exclusive Industry happy hour, and a private Filmmakers Brunch. See below for all benefits and see what’s new since last year.

A limited number of Industry badges is available. Please note, you must submit an application even if you have previously had Industry accreditation for a past edition of NYFF, and due to limited capacity we cannot guarantee accreditation from one year to the next.

Press and Industry screenings are scheduled to begin Tuesday, September 15 and run throughout the festival, with the majority of screenings taking place before Opening Night on September 25. All screenings will be held at the Walter Reade Theater and Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center.

We offer three levels of Industry access—consider upgrading from a standard Industry badge to Industry+ to get priority line access so there’s less risk of being shut out of the most popular screenings, which often reach capacity. You’ll also get exclusive event invitations and an NYFF 6-Ticket Pass good for public screening tickets with pre-sale access earlier than public 6-Ticket Pass buyers, so you’ll have easier access to get tickets to the most popular screenings. For the ultimate insider experience, Industry Premium adds on access to our coveted Opening Night Party, a brunch with NYFF filmmakers, and the VIP Lounge at Alice Tully Hall!

Please submit your application for accreditation by following these steps:

1. Click here to begin this year’s application through Eventival. If you do not already have one, please create a new Eventival account.

2. Once you are signed in to your Eventival account, follow the links to create and/or update your Personal Profile and Contact Information. Be sure you have uploaded a clear headshot for your badge.

3. Next, click on Request Accreditation and select the Industry badge you’d like to apply for.

4. Fill out all required fields in the form and click Pay.

5. Complete your payment using Stripe.

Applicants will be charged upon submitting their application; in the event your application is not approved, you will receive a full refund. Please note the applications submitted without payment will not be reviewed.

The deadline to apply is Friday, August 14 at 11:59pm EST, but we may reach capacity before the deadline. All applicants will be notified of their accreditation status by the week of Monday, August 24.

Industry credentials are not transferable. Please note that Film at Lincoln Center reserves the right to revoke credentials for any person who does not adhere to FLC’s Code of Conduct.
