BUYING TICKETS ONLINE

We encourage you to purchase your tickets online in advance. Please create an account or sign in by clicking ‘Log In’ in the upper right corner of any page to purchase your tickets. All major credit cards are accepted. There is a $2.00 service charge per ticket. New York Film Festival tickets have a service charge of $3.00 per ticket. Service charges may vary for special events, discount packages, and passes.

Digital tickets arrive from [email protected]. If you are having trouble finding your tickets, we recommend searching for that email address in your inbox, then checking your spam and trash folders. If you are unable to find them, please present your order number to the box office to have your tickets reprinted. If you need help using the website, please contact customer support at [email protected].

Box Office HOURS

Tickets may also be purchased at the box office. FLC box offices open 30 minutes before the first screening of the day at that venue and close 15 minutes after the start of the final screening. See daily showtimes here.

Discount Packages

See more films for less with our 3+ Film Package ($2 discount on each ticket) and All-Access Passes, available for select series and festivals throughout the year. Packages may be purchased online or at the box office. Please note that passes are subject to availability and tickets to individual screenings will be held for All-Access Pass buyers until 20 minutes before showtime, at which point unclaimed seats may be forfeited. Some additional restrictions apply.

Group Sales

Groups sales are available for purchases of 10 tickets or more to a single screening. Email [email protected] for information about group sales.

Refunds

No refunds or exchanges are offered on tickets purchased. In the event of a canceled screening, you will be contacted via email and refunds will automatically be issued for all tickets purchased with a credit card. If you purchased your ticket with cash for a canceled screening, please bring it to our box office to obtain a refund. If you have any questions, please email [email protected] or call one of the box office numbers listed above during hours of operation.

We strive to provide accurate information on our website and in printed materials whenever possible. In some cases, last minute changes do occur, especially with respect to guest appearances and screening formats. We do not guarantee refunds in these cases.

Standby TICKETS

For screenings designated “standby only,” on the day of the screening or event, a standby line will form at the venue’s box office prior to showtime. Tickets may become available to the standby line on a first-come, first-served basis, limit one per customer.

Accessibility

FLC venues are fully accessible. Persons with disabilities can purchase discounted single tickets for $16 for standard screenings. Special pricing may apply to select festivals, events, 70mm and 3-D films. All ticket prices are subject to change. An elevator from street level to the Walter Reade Theater entrance can be found on the north side of 65th Street, directly below the Walter Reade Theater. Accessible seating locations are available in all theaters. Screenings with OC (open captions) are denoted with a symbol next to showtime and CC (closed captions) or AD (audio description) symbol on film page above title. Our non-English-language films have English subtitles unless noted otherwise. For select films, personal closed caption display is available through a Closed Caption Receiver, with a “Gooseneck” cup holder caption box. Audio description for select screenings and hearing assist for all screenings is available via two-channel over-the-head headsets. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

To ensure the quality of experience for our audiences, we reserve the right to deny entry to ticket holders who arrive after the start of any screening or event. Your ticket is a revocable license to attend the event or screening on the front of the ticket. FLC reserves the right to revoke the license, to refuse admission, and without limitation, to eject any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly or for the protection of other patrons.

FLC strictly prohibits the resale of tickets for a price higher than face value and will cancel any orders associated with tickets listed in secondary markets at prices higher than face value, without refund.
