Award-winning writer and director Alice Rohrwacher (The Wonders, NYFF 2014 and Corpo Celeste, NYFF 2011) will be our 2016 Filmmaker in Residence, the fourth annual initiative and partnership between the Film Society of Lincoln Center and Jaeger-LeCoultre.

The British director’s new film, American Honey, will screen in competition. She developed the project during her residency here in 2013.

Greek writer-director Athina Rachel Tsangari (Attenberg, New Directors/New Films 2011) has been selected as the third participant in the annual initiative, a partnership between the Film Society of Lincoln Center and Jaeger-LeCoultre.
