On this week’s episode of our podcast, you’ll hear an esteemed panel of documentary filmmakers discuss their latest work and approach to filmmaking. The panel, which took place at the 2016 New York Film Festival, included Linda Saffire and Adam Schlesinger, whose film Restless Creature: Wendy Whelan had its premiere in the festival and begins its official theatrical run here at the Film Society on May 24th.

Other panelists included Shirley Abraham and Amit Madheshiya (The Cinema Travellers), Simon Dotan (The Settlers), and Alexis Bloom and Fisher Stevens (Bright Lights: Starring Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds). Moderated by Film Society Executive Director Lesli Klainberg.
