Film Comment Free Talk: Claire Denis and Robert Pattinson
Watch the full talk above.
Claire Denis’s High Life (an NYFF56 Main Slate selection, opening in NY and LA on April 5) is set aboard a spacecraft piloted by death-row prisoners on a mission that spans decades. For the first time, Denis works with Robert Pattinson, who plays a convict first seen nurturing a baby. We are proud to welcome Denis and Pattinson for a very special, free Film Comment Talk about this singular film, which graces the cover of our March-April issue.
Tickets to this free event will be distributed at the Elinor Bunin Munroe Theater box office on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 4:30pm on April 4. Please note that the line may form in advance of this time. Limit one ticket per person, subject to availability. The first 100 people in line will receive a free Denis tote from the 56th New York Film Festival with the new March-April 2019 issue of Film Comment.
