Unlike the majority of filmmakers from around the world, Godard made many of his own trailers. They will be presented in a package by the series co-curator Jake Perlin and projected on 35mm, including the trailer that Godard created for Bresson’s Mouchette.

Unlike the majority of filmmakers from around the world, Godard made many of his own trailers, creating parallel films to the features. They will be presented in a package by the series co-curator Jake Perlin and projected on 35mm in their original versions. Program includes the trailer that Godard created for Bresson’s Mouchette, the French release trailer for Breathless, 'scope trailers for Une Femme est une Femme and Pierrot le Fou, the trailer for Sauve Qui Peut (la vie), which features alternate takes to scenes used in the film, Une Catastrophe, JLG's trailer for the 2008 Viennale, and the extraordinary trailer for Detective, it's own unique film, starring an Eddie Constantine lookalike.
