Director Michel Lipkes in person!

In this very personal award-winning debut, Lipkes slowly follows an elderly man on his last day of life. As he wanders through the streets of a Mexico City that is at once familiar and foreign, the man goes about his daily rituals, exquisitely drawing us into his rhythm. Through his eyes we experience the city in its splendor and its grimness, and his plight as both ordinary and absurd.
