FLC Members and NYFF Pass holders, welcome to your pre-sale guide!

• All Pass holders and FLC Members eligible for pre-sale will receive a detailed email with instructions prior to their pre-sale.
• The NYFF64 schedule will launch in late August.
• Pass holders, during your pre-sale you can only redeem tickets available in your pass. If you’d like to get additional tickets outside of your Pass allotment, purchase during your Member pre-sale window (if eligible) or starting Tuesday, September 15 at 12pm ET, when tickets go on sale to the general public.
• Pre-sale can be accessed in person at the Alice Tully Hall box office or online.
  • We strongly suggest you log into your account prior to your pre-sale date to confirm your account details. It can take 10-15 minutes for a password-reset email to arrive and FLC staff does not have access to passwords. The ticketing system will require you to log in to your account to access your pre-sale period.
  • Please note that during your pre-sale you will be placed in a Virtual Waiting Room due to high demand—it is important that you do not navigate away from this page.
  • During checkout, do not hit the refresh or back button or you may experience an error message upon checkout.
• There will be no NYFF ticket sales from Monday, September 14 at 10pm ET until Tuesday, September 15 at 12pm ET, when tickets go on sale to the general public.
