Focusing on 15-year-old Bebo and his two younger cousins, the film offers a candid view of lives lived in poverty and the insistent dreams that accompany them. Travelling through the streets of Cordoba on their horse-drawn cart, the boy talks about their dreams, philosophies and expectations.
