After a sneak-preview screening of Charlie Kaufman and Duke Johnson’s acclaimed new stop-motion animated film, Anomalisa, actor Tom Noonan joined the Film Society for a conversation. Noonan, who previously worked with Charlie Kaufman on Synecdoche, New York, is credited in the film as “Everyone Else,” as he voices the entire world surrounding protagonist Michael and love interest Lisa. Noonan spoke about his unique role in the movie, which has now been nominated for Best Animated Feature in this year’s Academy Awards.
